We first opened our doors in 1982 as a children's clothing store, providing quality apparel at affordable prices. In the early 1990's, we began offering school uniforms as more schools implemented uniform dress codes and the demand for these items increased.

Shipping and Handling
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We make every attempt to ship orders within 48 business hours, however holidays and busy seasons may hinder this time frame. Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3 to 7 business days. These delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS or UPS.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Shipping will not take place Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays.

If your order is needed in less than 10 days, we suggest you contact us before placing your order.
Back Orders
Items can sell-out before an order is processed, if this occurs an e-mail will be sent to inform the customer of the order status. Customers have 24 hours to respond to the e-mail with substitutions. After 24 hours, the order will be shipped as is. Out of stock items will no longer be put on B/O (backorder).
Return Policy
Remove items from their package with care. When returning an item, all tags must be attached to all garments, and neatly folded in their individual packages. Items must be in their original condition. Washed, embroidered, and or altered garments will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Please take note of your invoice date located at the top left-hand side of this packing slip. Should a return be needed, the warehouse requires the returning package to arrive within 30 days of this date. Make RA# requests as soon as possible, the warehouse will not accept returns on items arriving after 30 days.

An RA# can only be obtained by e-mailing us at Please list your invoice number, customer PO number, your name and invoice date.

We will gladly accept returns on Non-Sale items. SALE items and BILL'S BARGAIN'S are considered sale items and can not be returned for credit.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Exchanges due to a processing error will be replaced at no additional S&H charges to the customer. Note: Shipping and handling charges will be applied to exchange orders

Please take the time to look over your order once received and make return requests as soon as possible.

Effective 12/1/08 , returns or exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances 30 days after the invoice date.

You will notice that when you are asked to submit details, you will get a Golden Padlock at the bottom of your screen. We incorporate SSL technology ensuring secure transactions at all times.

All credit card transactions are completely secure. If you encounter an error message while trying to process your payment, please try again later or feel free to call School Uniform Warehouse at 615-653-4410 and we can process your order manually.

If you prefer to send your card details separately, simply order on-line then select 'Details Sent Separately' then fax your details to us at 615-790-3147

or call 615-653-4410 with your full card number, your name as it appears on the card and expiration date, and 3 digit security code.

Security checks will be conducted to verify the credit card address against the Invoice address. These procedures are here to protect you and us against credit card fraud. In certain cases we may require proof of identity before shipping.
